- Assess feasibility and estimate costs to finalize the design.
- Hold meetings with the buildings/estates (kickoff, design, progress).
- Prepare approval documents for HKSAR department (if needed).
- Draft tender documents and complete tendering.
- Assist in preparing contractor agreements.
- Monitor risks, progress, and safety.
- Test and commission the system.
- Submit completion documents and issue certificates.
- Coordinate with the power company for compliance.
- Track progress, resolve issues, and communicate clearly.
